Cannot thank the gentleman enough for helping me. I was waiting for the AA in a very dangerous place and he literally saved me. Towed me to the services nearby where I waited safely for the recovery vehicle. The nicest chap. Offered his services free of charge to get me off the dangerous bend. I cannot thank him enough! A one in a million!

Un-be-lievable. I was pretty stressed after breaking down on the M25 yesterday (on one of the hottest days of the last 50 years) but... I was instantly calmed by Nooria, who not only made the difficult job of picking my car up from the motorway seem easy, but then offered to go the extra mile(s) to drop my car at my local garage, instead of my house. I don't think I've ever been helped by any company so focussed on doing the right thing for me -- and can't thank Smart Recovery enough. ❤️
